Magic in El Paso and Past CoTex Rehash
So Thursday begins my journey to my fourth consecutive CoTex event. I am stoked. Ass Gagger and I are flying into El Paso on Thursday night. For those of you who have attended Tex Mex, this is where the hash magic happens. Tons of fun. I don't think we will journey down to Mexico but we will be visiting some of the cool as bars that El Paso has to offer and staying at the Mesa Inn. Dust Balls is meeting us at the airport and we are sharing a car. Meeting up with local hashers that night at some bar across the street. I do not remember the names of the bars we go to when we're there except for King's X (not even sure if that is right!). Looking forward to a good weekend. Between AG and I, there will be some great pics.
CoTex 4 - 2003: Held in Gunnison, Colorado. I flew into Colorado Springs to stay with my oldest, bestest hash friend Full Service and her hubby then we drove to Gunnison. This one was handled by Big Gulp and Ewe fucker I believe with help from Aqua Lungs. We stayed at this old historic hotel in downtown Gunnison. Awesome trails - pot helps you run at altitudes...tis true! I met Butt Mustard at this hash..he is one crazy hasher. Also became a member of the disfunctional hash family. Meat Gazer and Poopa are my sisses, Midnight Stroker is my mama, Keeps it up is my bro, Big Gulp and Damn Little are my gay grampas. I know we have added more family members but that's all I can remember now. went to a cool 60's bar - loved that place. Foozball, lava lamps and bean bag chairs. Sunday's trail went to the top of a huge hill that most people short cutted. The hares had drug a couple cases of beer to the top but since only about 5 people actually went up there, they decided to drink it all themselves instead of carry it down. When they finally joined us in the hotel bar for circle, they were plastered! Chucky ran the circle with these drunks...funniest thing I'd seen. Monday we headed back to Co Springs with a detour to the town of South Park. South Park is actually one block inside another town. Should be an excellent location for CoTex 2007.
